At Red Apple, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unused condition.

  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized shipping location and keep your tracking number until your refund has been processed.
